This policy explains how Bspoq Marketing Limited ("Bspoq", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website or the Staq apps for BigCommerce: ProductIQ, BC2BC and Pricewave (the "Services"). 1. What we collect

• Account and contact data. Your name, email address and store details, received from BigCommerce when you install an app or provided by you when you contact us or book a demo.
• Store data. Catalogue, pricing, inventory and related order information accessed through BigCommerce APIs, as needed for the features of each app. This is mostly business data, though it can include personal data such as names on orders.
• Billing data. Subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment providers and never touch our systems.
• Usage and log data. Technical logs (such as errors, sync activity and feature usage) used to run and improve the Services.

2. How we use it

We use this data to provide and operate the Services, to bill subscriptions, to give support, to send service messages about your account or the apps, and to keep the Services secure and reliable. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in running and improving the Services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your store data for anything other than providing the Services.

3. Where it lives and who sees it

Data is hosted with trusted infrastructure providers, primarily in the UK and EU, with some processing in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as international data transfer agreements. We share data only with providers who process it on our instructions, with BigCommerce as necessary for the apps to function, and where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data while an app is installed and your account is active. After uninstall, store data is retained for a short period in case you reinstall, then deleted. Logs and billing records are kept only as long as needed for security, support and legal obligations.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single preference (your currency choice) in your browser's local storage. The apps use session tokens as required to keep you signed in while using them inside BigCommerce.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to what each part of the Services needs, and API credentials are stored securely. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for data portability. Email apps@bspoq.com and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will flag them in the apps or by email. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
